Inter Milan will host Spanish giants Barcelona in a UEFA Champions League fixture at the San Siro, Italy.
And Lionel Messi is in the Barcelona’s squad for Tuesday’s CL tie despite been out for two weeks.
Messi had a fractured arm in the Spanish La Liga fixture against Sevilla where he was substituted.
The Argentine is a surprise inclusion though his name is marked with an asterisk saying “the player
travels without the medical all-clear”.
Messi was initially ruled out for around three weeks after suffering the injury during a 4-2 win over
Therefore, the Argentine did not take part in the El Clasico match against soccer power house, Real Madrid.
Messi has missed the 5-1 win over Real Madrid and a 2-0 victory over Inter Milan.
The forward returned to training last week but was not expected to feature for Barcelona for at least another week.

The Barcelona forward has scored a hat trick this season, having completed 83% passes in

Therefore, he will be the star man for Barcelona if he features, while fellow Argentine Mauro Icardi will
lead Inter Milan to get an impressive result.
Coach Ernesto Valverde said on Friday he had not ruled Messi out of playing but was
concerned about rushing him back.
Barcelona are currently top of Group B after winning all of their games in the Champions League
Similarly, their opponents Inter Milan sit in second spot having only lost to the Spanish side [Barcelona].
