Bundesliga league leaders Borussia Dortmund put up a superlative display as they came twice from behind to beat arch rivals Bayern Munich.
The five goal-thriller encounter saw Borussia Dortmund extend their lead on the Bundesliga table.
Bayern’s forward Robert Lewandowski struck against his former club after heading home from the edge of
the six-yard box.
Dortmund fought on and were in more adventurous in the first half of the match.
And they levelled from the penalty spot through Marco Reus after he had been fouled by Bayern keeper Manuel Neuer.
Lewandowski was on the score sheet again as he gave Bayern the reason to lead again.

Nevertheless, the resilient Dortmund side scored two goals in six second-half minutes to see them come out
Reus scored a brace in the match and Paco Alcacer netted one to give winning it for Dortmund.
Lewandowski felt he had equalized in the 94th minute but his hat-trick celebration was short-lived as it was
ruled for off-side.
The victory got fans of Dortmund in an intense celebration mood, as they humiliation suffered in the hands of
Bayern Munich was reciprocated.
Previously, Bayern thumped arch rivals Dortmund 6-0 when both sides last met in March in the Bundesliga.
Lucien Favre’s team certainly showed they are well equipped to sustain a serious challenge for the title.
Although the headlines will go to Reus for his two goals, 18-year-old England youth international Jadon Sancho
produced an exceptional performance in one of Europe’s most intense fixtures.

Also, Sancho was outstanding in the game as he causing Bayern’s defence problems with his terrific pace.
His paces’ impact was evident especially in the second half when Dortmund scored three times in the space
of 24 minutes.
Similarly, Outstanding Reus had an effort cleared off the line by Bayern’s Joshua Kimmich after Sancho
had created an opening.
The win leaves Bayern Munich trail current table toppers Borussia Dortmund by seven points in the Bundesliga
table after 11 matches.
